Why I do what I do

I have always liked to help people from the time I took care of my friend's skinned knee and my sick puppy as a child to being a nurse for over 30 years and now helping people reach their potential as a coach. After 60 years of life, I have finally found my passion in coaching as my clients learn about themselves, set goals, take action, and succeed in reaching their goals. Most of all I enjoy seeing them grow and thrive as they live life to the fullest. This last point is very important since for years I cared for people who were dying and was able to learn some of my most valuable lessons in life and to find out that love and caring for other people is the most important thing in the world. Life is very short and it should be spent doing the things you enjoy and spending time with the people you love. So many people are trapped in lives they do not enjoy, spending too much time working or doing things that do not bring them joy. Through coaching, you can learn to use your strengths to change your life into one that really matters to you. Finding meaning in your life is one of the most important parts of existence in a crazy and busy world. So through coaching I have been able to help others find meaning in their lives and, in doing that, have found meaning in my life.

I wanted to give a shout out to LinkedIn and LinkedIn Profinder as I have never felt more connected to others in the world. Linkedd In has helpd me find others out there in the world who are old friends, new friends , and friends I have yet to meet. So thank you LinkedIn for all you do to keep us all connected and in helping me find people I can help to thrive and live their best life.
